In the event of cancellation by the exhibitor and/or sponsor full refund will be available up to 30 days prior to the event. 100% cancellation of the exhibition/sponsorship package applies within 29 days of the event. Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and submitted to the Event Organisers via Mark Richardson
